Andy is dedicated to helping each client experience the full benefits of massage therapy, believing that true wellness goes beyond temporary fixes. His mission is to empower you to live a pain-free, balanced life.
With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, Andy Freeman brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and innovation to his practice. Trained at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, North Carolina, and licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy, Andy’s journey began in 2013, grounded in Classical Swedish massage and myofascial techniques.
Andy’s practice is not just about relaxation—his approach combines advanced therapeutic techniques such as Neural Reset Therapy (NRT), Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), and Bamboo Fusion Massage to provide deeper healing and lasting results. He focuses on resolving the root causes of pain and discomfort, aiming to restore functional mobility while calming the nervous system.
Andy has honed his skills working with both local clients and touring artists, understanding the physical demands of musicians and performers. His deep appreciation for music, drawn from his background as a cellist and drummer, allows him to uniquely cater to the needs of performers, helping them maintain optimal physical health throughout their careers.
Whether you’re looking for pain relief, relaxation, or a blend of both, Andy’s customized sessions are designed to meet your specific needs. His passion for helping others is evident in every session, and his clients consistently praise his ability to provide immediate and lasting relief.
I have been going to see Andy for a deep tissue/medical massage for years. Not only do regular visits help me stay active and feel good, he is also extremely helpful in acute situations, when I overdo things and get hurt. He is knowledgeable, extremely well versed in a wide range of massage techniques, kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have recommended Andy to family and friends and they have all become regular clients. I highly recommend him as a massage therapist.
Client
Its been a couple years since I've had the time to get to a massage therapist, but Andy has helped me out with serious neck and shoulder pain on many occasions in the past! I have also referred many of my own clients over to see Andy and the results have been great! Very professional and attentive to what the client needs!
Client
I have gotten massage for years with various therapists. I think Andy is the best I have ever had. He is kind and professional. He takes time to diagnose issues/areas of stress/pain and offers helpful suggestions re: stretches/therapies you can do at home. He is also physically strong, so can get deep into the muscle, if that is your preference. As a guy who works out, I like a deep massage and have have had more than a few therapists who simply could not apply sufficient pressure.

Andy is awesome! I have worked with him for several years. He is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and how various sports and other repetitive activities (such as playing a musical instrument or computer work, or stress) can impact the body......Through traditional massage and other bodywork techniques such as NRT, Andy has helped me recover. It is apparent to me that Andy truly cares about helping his clients. I highly recommend him!
Client
I have been receiving massages from Andy for many, many years and cannot say enough good things about him. He is sensitive and attentive to any special needs/requests; is skilled in a wide range of massage techniques; maintains a very clean, safe, private space; provides a calm soothing therapeutic environment, and is one of the main reasons I feel as healthy as I do even during this pandemic. Highly recommend.
